3 night minimum on holiday weekends
Payments accepted: debit card, credit card, or cash
$25 charge for each additonal guest per night.
Pet Friendly (dogs or cats only) - $10 per night per pet. 2 pets allowed per cabin. Please state in the comments section of the online reservation form if you will bring pets. All pets must be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pet. Your credit card will be charged for excessive damage due to pets. No loud, excessive barking. Please respect other guests.
Non-Smoking Cabins - Please smoke on your porch or outdoors only and use the ashtrays provided. No cigarettes on the ground. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card for failure to comply.
Please wash dishes and put them away and tidy the cabin before departure.
Children must be with an adult at the swimming pool.
Dogs are not allowed in swimming pool.
You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a cabin, and a person 21 years of age or older must stay in each cabin.
ATVs must be kept on trailers and riding is not permitted on the property or in the McCurtain County Wilderness area. Please follow all ATV rules provided.
No loud outdoor music or loud activities. We promote peace for all of our guests.
Reservations will be guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit of $25.00. Balance is due when you check in. The deposit will be applied to your statement. You may pay with cash, check, or credit card upon arrival.
Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance by calling our office at (580) 241-5304. The $25 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than a 7 day notice will be charged 100% of the reservation.
Missing items or damages will be charged to your account.
We are not responsible for injury, damages, or losses to guest property or person.
